Welche Daten wir verarbeiten

Kontodaten über „Sign in with Apple" (anonymisierte Apple-ID, optional Name/E-Mail bzw. Apple-Relay-Mail). Profilangaben: Vorname, Geburtsjahr, Geschlecht, Stadt (nur Gemeinde-Ebene), ungefähre Koordinaten zur Distanzberechnung, Größe, Fotos, Interessen, Werte, Sprachen sowie besondere Kategorien (Ethnie, Religion, sexuelle Orientierung) — nur, wenn du sie freiwillig angibst; ausdrückliche Einwilligung nach Art. 9 DSGVO. Außerdem Chat-Inhalte sowie Vorschlags- und Match-Daten.

Zweck & Rechtsgrundlage

Bereitstellung der Vermittlungsfunktion (Vertrag, Art. 6 (1) b DSGVO); besondere Kategorien auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 9 (2) a). Keine Werbung, kein Tracking, kein Verkauf von Daten.

Verarbeiter

Apple (Anmeldung) und Supabase (Hosting, Datenbank, Speicher). Fotos liegen in einem privaten Speicher-Bucket; Zugriff nur über kurzlebige, signierte Links.

Speicherdauer & deine Rechte

Wir speichern deine Daten bis zur Löschung deines Kontos. Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit direkt in der App löschen (Konto → „Account löschen") — das entfernt Profil, Fotos und Chats endgültig.

What data we process

Account data via “Sign in with Apple” (anonymised Apple ID, optional name/email or Apple relay email). Profile data: first name, year of birth, gender, city (municipality level only), approximate coordinates for distance, height, photos, interests, values, languages, and special categories (ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation) — only if you choose to provide them, with your explicit consent under Art. 9 GDPR. Plus chat content and suggestion/match data.

Purpose & legal basis

To provide the matchmaking service (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); special categories based on your consent (Art. 9(2)(a)). No advertising, no tracking, no selling of data.

Processors

Apple (sign-in) and Supabase (hosting, database, storage). Photos live in a private storage bucket; access only through short-lived signed links.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data until you delete your account. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability. You can delete your account directly in the app (Account → “Delete account”) — this permanently removes your profile, photos and chats.
