Die kurze Antwort: fast keine Daten. Die App ist so konzipiert, dass deine persönlichen Inhalte (Tagebuch, Mood-Werte, Foundation-Fortschritt, Mantra-Sammlung) ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert sind. Kein Konto, keine Cloud-Sync, kein Tracking, keine Werbung.

2 · Welche Daten lokal auf dem Gerät bleiben

Folgende Daten werden ausschließlich in den iOS-Speicher (UserDefaults und Core Data) deines Geräts geschrieben — sie verlassen dein Gerät zu keinem Zeitpunkt:

  • Sprach- und Stimmpräferenz
  • Standard-Dauer einer Session
  • Hintergrundklang-Auswahl & Lautstärke
  • Foundation-Fortschritt
  • Tagebuch-Einträge (Highlight, Gedanke, Gefühl)
  • Mood-Werte vor/nach Sessions
  • Gesehene und favorisierte Mantras
  • Session-Historie (Datum, Skript-ID, Dauer, Pillar)
  • Reminder-Einstellungen (Morgens / Mittags / Abends)
  • Theme-Auswahl

Wenn du die App löschst, werden diese Daten unwiderruflich gelöscht.

3 · Verbindungen, die die App nach außen aufbaut

3.1 · Supabase (Content-Datenbank)

Beim Öffnen des Heute-Tabs ruft die App Texte (Tagesfaden-Mantra, Skript-Metadaten) aus einer Supabase-Datenbank ab. Übertragen wird:

  • die ausgewählte Sprache (de oder en)
  • der Tag des Jahres (z. B. 127)

Es wird keine Geräte-ID, IP-bezogene Identifikation oder Benutzerkennung gespeichert. Supabase loggt Standard-HTTP-Zugriffsdaten (IP-Adresse, Zeitstempel) für Stabilitätsüberwachung; diese werden nach 7 Tagen gelöscht.

3.2 · Cloudflare R2 (Audio-CDN)

Die Audio-Dateien (Guide-Stimme + Hintergrundklang) werden bei jeder Session direkt von einem öffentlichen Cloudflare-R2-Bucket gestreamt. Übertragen wird der Datei-Pfad (z. B. de/awareness/A-morning_10_clara.mp3).

Cloudflare loggt Standard-HTTP-Zugriffsdaten zur Abuse-Prevention.

3.3 · Apple StoreKit (Abonnement)

Wenn du ein Abo abschließt, läuft die Zahlung über Apple's StoreKit. Die App selbst sieht weder deine Apple-ID, deine Zahlungsdaten noch deine Rechnungsadresse — sie erfährt nur, ob du aktuell ein gültiges Abo besitzt.

4 · Was die App NICHT tut

  • Kein Analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel, Sentry o. ä.)
  • Keine Werbe-Tracker
  • Kein Cross-App-Tracking (kein App Tracking Transparency Prompt nötig)
  • Keine Cookies, kein Web-Tracking
  • Kein Account, kein Login
  • Keine E-Mail-Liste, kein Newsletter
  • Keine Standortabfrage
  • Kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Fotos, Mikrofon

5 · Lokale Benachrichtigungen

Wenn du in den Einstellungen Tageserinnerungen aktivierst, plant die App über das iOS-Framework UserNotifications lokale Notifications zu den gewählten Zeiten. Diese laufen vollständig auf deinem Gerät — kein Push-Server, kein Provider involviert.

6 · Deine Rechte (DSGVO)

Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten erheben, sind folgende Rechte weitgehend gegenstandslos — der Vollständigkeit halber:

  • Auskunftsrecht (Art. 15 DSGVO): alle deine App-Daten siehst du direkt im Profil-Tab und in den Reflexion-Ansichten.
  • Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO): Tagebuch-Einträge sind direkt in der App editierbar.
  • Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO): App deinstallieren ODER Profil → „Alles zurücksetzen".
  • Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO): Wir können deine Daten nicht exportieren, weil wir sie nicht haben.

7 · Änderungen

Bei wesentlichen Änderungen dieser Datenschutzerklärung wird die App über ein Update veröffentlicht; ein Hinweis erscheint im Profil-Modal.

The short answer: almost no data. The app is designed so that your personal content (journal, mood values, foundation progress, mantra collection) stays exclusively on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no tracking, no ads.

2 · Data that stays on your device

The following data is written exclusively to the iOS storage (UserDefaults and Core Data) on your device — it never leaves your device:

  • Language and voice preference
  • Default session duration
  • Background sound choice & volume
  • Foundation progress
  • Journal entries (highlight, thought, feeling)
  • Mood values before/after sessions
  • Seen and favorited mantras
  • Session history (date, script ID, duration, pillar)
  • Reminder settings (morning / midday / evening)
  • Theme preference

If you delete the app, this data is deleted irreversibly.

3 · Connections the app makes to the outside

3.1 · Supabase (content database)

When opening the Today tab, the app fetches text content (daily-thread mantra, script metadata) from a Supabase database. Transmitted:

  • the selected language (de or en)
  • the day of the year (e.g. 127)

No device ID, IP-based identification, or user identifier is stored. Supabase logs standard HTTP access data (IP address, timestamp) for stability monitoring; these are deleted after 7 days.

3.2 · Cloudflare R2 (audio CDN)

If you subscribe, payment runs via Apple's StoreKit. The app itself sees neither your Apple ID, your payment details, nor your billing address — it only learns whether you currently hold a valid subscription.

4 · What the app does NOT do

  • No analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel, Sentry, etc.)
  • No advertising trackers
  • No cross-app tracking (no App Tracking Transparency prompt needed)
  • No cookies, no web tracking
  • No account, no login
  • No mailing list, no newsletter
  • No location access
  • No access to contacts, photos, microphone

5 · Local notifications

If you enable daily reminders in Settings, the app schedules local notifications at the chosen times via the iOS UserNotifications framework. These run entirely on your device — no push server, no provider involved.

6 · Your rights (GDPR)

Since we collect no personal data, the following rights are largely moot — for completeness:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): all your app data is visible directly in the Profile tab and in the Reflection views.
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): journal entries are editable directly in the app.
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): uninstall the app OR Profile → "Reset all data".
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): we cannot export your data because we don't have it.

7 · Changes

Substantial changes to this Privacy Policy are released via app update; a notice appears in the Profile modal.

1 · Über die App

Anavara Flow ist eine Meditations- und Reflexions-App für iOS. Sie bietet geführte Audio-Sessions, ein optionales Tagebuch, Mood-Tracking und Visualisierungen deines Fortschritts. Alle persönlichen Daten bleiben auf deinem Gerät — siehe Datenschutzerklärung.

3 · Nutzungsumfang

3.1 · Kostenlose Nutzung

Die App ist grundsätzlich kostenlos installierbar. Folgende Inhalte sind ohne Abo zugänglich:

  • Onboarding und alle Einstellungen
  • Foundation-Sequenz (3 Pflicht-Lektionen: F-arrive, F-sit-01, F-breath-01)
  • 4 zusätzliche Demo-Sessions (A-morning, C-gratitude, I-present, P-values)
  • Tagebuch und Commonplace
  • Mood-Tracking und Reflexion-Ansichten
  • Mantra-Sammlung

3.2 · Abonnement-Inhalte

Für vollen Zugang zur Bibliothek (alle 96 Sessions in 5 Pillars) ist ein Abonnement erforderlich. Aktuell verfügbare Optionen:

  • Monatsabo: 9,99 € / Monat
  • Jahresabo: 59,99 € / Jahr

Preise können je nach Region variieren und werden in deinem App-Store verbindlich angezeigt.

4 · Abrechnung & Verlängerung

Abrechnung und Verwaltung der Abonnements erfolgen ausschließlich über deinen Apple-Account:

  • Die Zahlung wird beim Kauf abgebucht
  • Auto-Renewal: Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt wird
  • Verlängerungsgebühr: wird innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden vor Ablauf abgebucht
  • Kündigung: über Einstellungen → [dein Name] → Abonnements auf deinem iPhone möglich; eine Kündigung wirkt zum Ende der laufenden Abrechnungsperiode
  • Kostenfreie Probezeit (sofern angeboten): der nicht genutzte Anteil einer kostenfreien Probezeit verfällt mit Kauf eines Abonnements

5 · Käufe wiederherstellen

Wenn du die App auf einem neuen Gerät installierst oder deine Käufe verloren hast, kannst du sie über Profil → „Käufe wiederherstellen" zurückholen. Voraussetzung ist, dass du mit derselben Apple-ID angemeldet bist, mit der du das Abo abgeschlossen hast.

6 · Inhalt & Haftungsausschluss

6.1 · Keine Heil- oder Therapieleistung

Die App ist ein Werkzeug zur Selbstreflexion und Achtsamkeit. Sie ist kein Ersatz für medizinische, psychologische oder therapeutische Behandlung. Bei psychischen oder körperlichen Beschwerden konsultiere bitte einen Arzt oder qualifizierten Therapeuten.

6.2 · Audio-Inhalte

Die geführten Sessions sind als Begleitung gedacht — keine Garantie auf bestimmte Effekte oder Ergebnisse. Wirkung und Erleben sind individuell.

6.3 · Verfügbarkeit

Wir sind bemüht, einen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten, können aber keine 100%ige Verfügbarkeit garantieren. Audio-Streaming benötigt eine aktive Internetverbindung.

7 · Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte (Audio, Texte, Mantras, Design, Code) sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Du erhältst mit der Nutzung der App eine persönliche, nicht übertragbare, nicht exklusive Lizenz zur privaten Nutzung — keine Vervielfältigung, kein Reverse-Engineering, keine kommerzielle Weiterverwendung.

8 · Beendigung

Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden, indem du:

  • die App von deinem Gerät löschst, und/oder
  • dein Abo über die iOS-Einstellungen kündigst.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die App oder einzelne Funktionen weiterzuentwickeln, anzupassen oder einzustellen, wobei laufende Abos für die bezahlte Periode wirksam bleiben.

9 · Haftung

Im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften haftet der Anbieter nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlichem oder grob fahrlässigem Verhalten beruhen. Eine Haftung für mittelbare Schäden, entgangenen Gewinn oder Datenverlust ist ausgeschlossen, soweit dies gesetzlich zulässig ist.

10 · Anwendbares Recht & Gerichtsstand

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Verbindlicher Gerichtsstand für Verbraucher ist der gesetzliche Wohnsitz; für Unternehmer der Sitz des Anbieters.

11 · Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen — bei wesentlichen Änderungen informieren wir über ein App-Update mit Hinweis im Profil-Modal. Mit der weiteren Nutzung nach einem Update gelten die geänderten Bedingungen als akzeptiert.

3 · Scope of use

3.1 · Free use

The app is free to install. The following content is accessible without a subscription:

  • Onboarding and all settings
  • Foundation sequence (3 required lessons: F-arrive, F-sit-01, F-breath-01)
  • 4 additional demo sessions (A-morning, C-gratitude, I-present, P-values)
  • Journal and Commonplace
  • Mood tracking and Reflection views
  • Mantra collection

3.2 · Subscription content

Full access to the library (all 96 sessions across 5 pillars) requires a subscription. Currently available options:

  • Monthly: €9.99 / month
  • Yearly: €59.99 / year

Prices may vary by region and are bindingly displayed in your App Store.

4 · Billing & renewal

Billing and subscription management is handled exclusively via your Apple account:

  • Payment is charged at purchase
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal charge: applied within the 24 hours before period end
  • Cancellation: via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Free trial (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

5 · Restore purchases

If you install the app on a new device or have lost your purchases, you can restore them via Profile → "Restore purchases". This requires being signed in with the same Apple ID used to take out the subscription.

6 · Content & disclaimer

6.1 · No medical or therapeutic service

The app is a tool for self-reflection and mindfulness. It is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you experience psychological or physical complaints, please consult a doctor or qualified therapist.

6.2 · Audio content

The guided sessions are intended as accompaniment — no guarantee of specific effects or outcomes. Effect and experience are individual.

6.3 · Availability

We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Audio streaming requires an active internet connection.

7 · Intellectual property

All content (audio, text, mantras, design, code) is protected by copyright. By using the app you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private use — no reproduction, no reverse engineering, no commercial reuse.

8 · Termination

You can end use at any time by:

  • deleting the app from your device, and/or
  • cancelling your subscription via iOS Settings.

We reserve the right to develop, adapt, or discontinue the app or individual features, with running subscriptions remaining valid for the paid period.

9 · Liability

Within the bounds of statutory law, the provider is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profit, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10 · Applicable law & jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The legally mandated jurisdiction for consumers is their statutory residence; for entrepreneurs, the provider's seat.

11 · Changes

We may adjust these terms — for substantial changes we inform via an app update with a notice in the Profile modal. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the changed terms.
